Eating habits💢
Every day I eat three to four meals, in the morning I eat carbohydrates with protein or sausages, in the afternoon I always eat carbohydrates (rice) with protein and fiber, then I usually have a snack with mekatos, and finally at dinner I eat carbohydrates with protein.
